Dear Faculty and Staff,
Happy New Year, and welcome to 2026.
As we begin this new academic year together, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for the dedication, professionalism, and commitment you demonstrated throughout 2025. It was a year of meaningful growth, important transitions, and collective effort—and your work made that progress possible.
In 2025, Millennia Atlantic University continued to strengthen its institutional foundation. We saw enrollment growth, expanded academic and athletic initiatives, major progress in digital transformation, and continued advancement in governance, compliance, and student services. More importantly, we did this while navigating change with resilience, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose.
These accomplishments did not happen by chance. They happened because of the daily work you do in classrooms, offices, advising sessions, student interactions, and behind the scenes—often under pressure and always with care for our students and our mission.
As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with optimism and clarity. This year represents an opportunity to build on what we have stabilized and to focus even more intentionally on excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth. Our priorities remain clear: academic quality, student success, operational effectiveness, innovation, and a strong institutional culture grounded in mutual respect and accountability.
I am confident that 2026 will be a defining year for MAU, not because it will be easy, but because we are better prepared, more aligned, and moving forward together.
