MAU Official Transcripts

Students may obtain a certified statement of their academic record upon submitting a transcript request form along with payment.

• Transcript request forms are to be submitted with a nominal fee of $10. Subsequent requests cost $15 per copy, and rush request, meaning a request for receipt of an official transcript to be provided within less than three (3) days cost $20 per copy.
• If the student has an unpaid financial obligation to the University or if there is an unresolved disciplinary action against the student, transcripts will not be released.

How can I request a transcript?

Please fill out the transcript request form, complete it and submit it to the Bursar Office along with your proof of payment. You can submit your request via mail or e-mail using the following information :
